Both the caregiver and family must clearly understand the terms of their contract. The relationship between employer and employee in this arrangement is similar to any other working relationship. It's important to clearly establish what is expected from each party to prevent conflict. The contract will clearly state the nature of the work, including hours of work, vacation time, and etcetera. None of the terms of an agreement can violate any existing Federal or Provincial Laws of the country where the indenture is executed
What
we offer:
We help families find the right caregiver for their needs. We match both parties based on mutual requests and fulfilment of needs. Once the caregiver registers and complete our through screening process we build their profile. It will be promoted to our participating families. If the family approves the profile, then we will facilitate the interview process. Should a family choose to hire the caregiver, we will coordinate with both parties to obtain the work permit. If the employment relationship, between the family and the caregiver is terminated for cause, during the work term, then we will find another caregiver for the family and we can match the caregiver with another registered family. |
